Most plastic surgery practices book 10–15 minute "consultations" that end with a quote and a calendar link. Dr. LoMonaco's first appointments are different — here's what you can expect.

Step 01

You talk. He listens.

The first 15 minutes are yours. What brings you in, what you've noticed, what's bothered you, what you've hoped for. No interruptions, no checklist. This sets the agenda for everything that follows.

Step 02

Examination & honest assessment.

Dr. LoMonaco examines the area of concern and explains what he sees — including the limitations. If surgery can help, he explains how and what the realistic outcome looks like. If it can't, he'll tell you that too.

Step 03

All questions answered.

Recovery timeline, scarring, anaesthesia, cost, what could go wrong — every question gets a direct answer. You don't leave with a brochure. You leave knowing what the path looks like.
